It all started when…

Daniella started her cake making journey while still studying Physical Education at University. After completing a few short courses to learn the basics of decorating she began making cakes for her close family and friends. After completing University, she decided that it was not the path she wanted to take and got herself an apprenticeship in Retail Baking (Cakes & Pastry).

It was through this apprenticeship that her love and skills for baking and cake decorating grew and brought on the opening of The Dessert Life. Established in early 2018 as an online business, The Dessert Life is strongly growing and operates from a commercial kitchen in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
